If the user is late on payment, they will not be allowed to take the courses.

We are happy to accommodate a substitute attendee in your place, or arrange a credit or refund and we will always consider your case on an individual basis.

Please contact us if you believe your circumstances qualify for an exception. Each case is reviewed individually by the PMA membership committee.

You may view this site and its contents using your web browser and electronically copy and print hard copies of parts of this site solely for personal, non-commercial use. Training To confirm your booking, your payment must reach our offices in advance; before the start of the courses.

Training Refunds We understand life can be complex. If you are no longer able to attend, please contact us as soon as possible on 021-3452-9768 or email us at info@pma.org.pk.

Membership Cancellations Membership is non-refundable except in special circumstances.
