That any and every dispute, difference or question which may arise between the Parties to this Agreement shall be first settled by the Parties by an attempt at amicably settling the dispute through mutual negotiations. In case the disputes, differences or questions cannot be settled amicably or satisfactorily by correspondence or by mutual discussion within thirty days (30) after receipt by one party of the other party’s request for amicable settlement, it shall be referred to mediation to a panel of PMA Accredited Mediators. Mediation proceedings will be governed by the internationally recognized rules of mediation.

Mediation offers a faster, cost-effective, and confidential alternative to lengthy legal proceedings. It helps parties resolve disputes amicably while preserving professional and personal relationships.

Mediation is a voluntary and confidential process in which a neutral third party assists disputing parties in reaching a mutually acceptable agreement.

You can contact PMA through our website or office to initiate mediation services. Our team will guide you through the process and connect you with accredited mediators.

  • Faster dispute resolution
  • Lower legal costs
  • Confidential proceedings
  • Flexible solutions
  • Improved communication between parties

The mediation session is scheduled based on the availability of both parties and the mediator. PMA coordinates the process to ensure convenience and efficiency.

During mediation, both parties discuss their concerns in a structured environment facilitated by a mediator who helps explore solutions and common ground.

If mediation does not result in an agreement, both parties remain free to pursue other legal or dispute resolution options available to them.

Only the involved parties, their authorized representatives, legal advisors (if permitted), and the mediator may attend the mediation session.

The cost of mediation depends on the nature, complexity, and duration of the dispute. PMA provides fee details before the mediation process begins.
